As an entrepreneur, Mr. Elkins has launched several successful companies including his own investing company, marketing firm, advertising agency and sales training enterprise. His proven sales and marketing techniques have been embraced by hundreds of clients; achieving sales increases in excess of 100% annually.
Most recently Mr. Elkins has diversified into real estate investing completing over 60 individual real estate transactions in 2006 alone. With the success of his real estate endeavors he has expanded his offerings in the field to include property management, construction and hard money lending. He is using the later in a project designed to assist consumers in developing their credit through acquisition, education and correction. As an expert on credit and real estate, Mr. Elkins has helped many people to change their fortunes and secure their financial future.

Arazu is the Mesopotamian god of completed construction. We use the name to represent the aspects of our business that revolve around the use of real estate as opposed to its acquisition or construction and repair. Founded in 2004 to support the burgeoning real estate investment business of Mark Elkins, Arazu Investments currently serves as the management company for a real estate portfolio owned entirely by Mark Elkins valued at over 6 million dollars.
Lately, Arazu has contracted the services of Matt Yarber, a long time building contractor and real estate agent to lead the day to day management of real property and is currently expanding offerings to manage third party property.
